Celero Soccer Academy USA (“Celero,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book training, we collect the player’s name, age, and gender; the parent/guardian’s name, email, and phone; emergency contact details; medical or allergy information you choose to provide; your booking and payment history; and any reviews you submit. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule and deliver training, process payments, contact you about your bookings, respond to emergencies, send session reminders, and - if you opt in - send occasional news and promotions. Medical and emergency information is used only to keep your child safe during training.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles that under its own security standards.
Storage and sharing
Your information is stored in our booking system and a secured Google Drive/Google Sheet used only by Celero’s administrators. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy (such as Stripe for payments and Google for storage), or when required by law.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for youth athletes, but accounts and bookings are created by a parent or guardian. We collect children’s information only from a parent/guardian for the purpose of providing training.
Your choices
Celero photographs and films training sessions and, by default, may use these images to promote the academy. At booking you may opt out of any photos/video of your child, and you may withdraw consent or your marketing opt-in at any time - and request that we update or delete your information - by emailing Celerosocceracademy@yahoo.com.
