Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Bookings & payment

Training is booked and paid for through our website via Stripe. Our programs (2 or 3 sessions per week) are monthly subscriptions billed automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.

Eligibility & conduct

A parent or legal guardian must book on behalf of any player under 18 and accept the Liability Waiver. Participants are expected to follow Celero’s safety rules and code of conduct. Celero may remove a participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Schedule changes

Session days, times, and availability are set by Celero and may change. If Celero cancels a session (e.g., weather, coach unavailability), you will be offered a make-up session or a credit.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Missed sessions: a session may be rescheduled if you give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or phone. No-shows and late cancellations are not refunded or rescheduled.
• Monthly programs (subscriptions) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, but remaining sessions in that period can still be used.
• Sessions cancelled by Celero (weather, coach unavailability, etc.) are made up at no charge or credited.
• Refunds, when granted at Celero’s discretion, are issued to the original payment method.

Liability

Participation is subject to the Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release accepted at booking. Celero’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
